HOW TO TURN OFF INTERNET COMPANY SECURITY SETTINGS
If your Service isn't working, your ISP's security software might be blocking it! Here's how to shut it down:
Xfinity (Comcast) - xFi Advanced Security
Open the Xfinity app.
Go to Network > More Options > Security.
Toggle Advanced Security to OFF.
AT&T Fiber - ActiveArmor
Open the Smart Home Manager app.
Tap Network > Security.
Disable ActiveArmor Internet Security.
Spectrum - Security Shield
Launch the My Spectrum app.
Go to Services > Internet.
Choose your router and turn OFF Security Shield
Cox Communications - Panoramic WiFi Advanced Security"
Open the Panoramic WiFi app.
Navigate to Network Settings.
Disable Advanced Security.
Verizon Fios - Home Network Protection
Use the My Fios app.
Find Internet Settings.
Turn Home Network Protection OFF.

Restart your router.
